Our CSR programme includes: Promoting fair practice: We promote the highest standards of fair practice and ethics across our business and expect the same from those with whom we work. Our Supplier Code of Conduct sets out how we operate, what can be expected from us and what we expect from others. Through these we are always engaging with those who share the same values and ethos as us. Accessible recruitment – Barrier-free recruitment is our vision for the industry, so we work hard to ensure that our recruitment processes are accessible and easy for all to navigate. We partner with Business Disability Forum and RIDI to ensure that we are at the forefront of promoting opportunities for disabled candidates and work with our clients to ensure their own workplaces are enriched through this talent pool. We have also achieved level 2 of the government's Disability Confident scheme. Great Place to Work – Over 80% of our employees recently voted Intelligent Resource as a Great Place to Work. Everyone is supported to be the best they can throughout their career. We endeavour to promote from within and all our employees have access to a personalised training plan to aid their development. We take employee engagement seriously with an active buddy scheme and collaborative working running throughout our business. We are currently supporting the Give an Hour campaign, with our teams working with schools and colleges to support the curriculum, and coach and mentor young people as they develop their skills for the workplace.
