Many companies are becoming better versed in facilitating needs for those with physical disabilities. But a survey conducted by the National Autism Society showed that 60% of employers fear getting support for an autistic employee ‘wrong’. The same percentage said they did not know where to seek advice or guidance about employing an autistic person.
This Thursday 2 April 2020 is World Autism Awareness Day. In recognition, Intelligent Resource Ltd is shining a light on why those who have an Autistic Spectrum Disorder or other neurological conditions could be an asset to your business.
