Our systems and processes are fully compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which came into force on 25 May 2018.

Intelligent Resource operates as both an Employment Business and an Employment Agency and as such needs to hold information on:

  • work-seeking candidates,
  • client organisations and their employees who use our recruitment services
  • our recruitment partner organisations
  • suppliers in the form of Limited Companies and their employed worker(s)
  • other suppliers such as technology providers, job-boards and other advertising media

GDPR brings new responsibilities for how we process and manage personal data of individuals.
