We’re unique in our approach—our partnership model ensures two-way engagement and collaboration is embedded from the outset. All our recruitment suppliers are offered a fair and equal opportunity to engage. They attend client briefings with us, and we send them detailed client and role information.
As well as encouraging access to our client stakeholders we do our best to only offer our suppliers fresh roles, give regular client feedback and of course fair payment terms.
In return we ask all our partners to sign up to our Supplier Code of Conduct, so we know they share our values and ethics. This commits them to follow best practice and help us to promote inclusive, accessible recruitment.
