Intelligent Resource shortlisted as Employer of the Year

Sopra Steria Recruitment has been shortlisted in the Employer of the Year category in the 2019 Thames Valley Chamber of Commerce Business Awards.
The criteria for this category meant that organisations needed to demonstrate excellence in implementation and promotion of a learning and development culture, and how this had led to the business achieving outstanding success.

Our narrative focused on the progress we have made in this area. This has included the development, launch and promotion of our dedicated learning and development platform - the SSR Academy. We also shared how our partnerships with organisations such as Business Disability Forum, Association of Professional Staffing Companies (APSCo) and Women in Recruitment have really enhanced the learning opportunities available to our employees.
The winners and runners up will be announced at a prestigious black-tie ceremony, which is taking place on 27 June at the Hilton Hotel in Reading. As a finalist we are now also automatically entered into the national awards for the British Chambers of Commerce.
