Championing excellence in equality – Intelligent Resource joins Women in Recruitment

London, 24 January: Sopra Steria Recruitment is delighted to announce it has joined the Women in Recruitment initiative, further underpinning its commitment to gender equality for its employees, clients and candidates. 

Women in Recruitment was formed to give all recruitment firms practical support in attracting, developing and retaining their female talent, as well as helping them to demonstrate their commitment to gender equality for their clients and candidates. Their vision is to establish the recruitment profession as a brand of excellence in diversity and inclusion practices.

Pete Holliday, Managing Director at Sopra Steria Recruitment commented, “We are delighted to be joining the Women in Recruitment initiative and add our support to their charter. It really reinforces our commitment as a gender equality champion. Best practice in equality and diversity is part of business as usual for us and this new initiative is a great opportunity to share our experiences with other like-minded organisations, and learn from their successes."
