Today we are delighted to announce the launch of a major nationwide survey we are undertaking in conjunction with Business Disability Forum –“Barriers to recruitment faced by employers”. 

At Intelligent Resource, we are committed to barrier-free recruitment and ensuring our services are accessible for all. But we know that there are still many challenges for disabled candidates looking to get into employment. Our research aims to identify and tackle these, If you are a hiring manager or work in the recruitment profession, we’d love to hear about your organisation’s inclusive recruitment programmes.
