Intelligent Resource shortlisted for prestigious RIDI award

The RIDI Awards recognise and celebrate organisations that work to break down the barriers for disabled candidates and professionals in the workplace, so this is a notable recognition of our commitment to barrier-free recruitment.

Our award submission highlighted our on-going approach and how we have communicated and promoted our methodology and approach. This has included achieving Level 1 status of the Government’s Disability Confident scheme, as well as the work we have undertaken as a Partner organisation to Business Disability Forum, including chairing their Access to Employment Task Force. We have also continued to invest in learning and development for all our employees, to ensure a barrier-free ethos has been embedded within our company culture and processes. In addition our systems and processes have also been reviewed and updated to ensure our work-seeking services are available to all.

Established in 2011, RIDI is a non-profit organisation working to remove the barriers that disabled individuals face when seeking employment. It’s members include prominent UK businesses and recruitment organisations which are committed to the inclusion of disabled jobseekers.
