Following the successful acquisition of Intelligent Resource by Sanderson Solutions Group in July 2019 and a positive transition to the new Sanderson and Intelligent Resource brands, the Sanderson Board has reviewed the senior management structure against the business priorities of the Group.
As a result of this review, Pete Holliday, Chairman of Intelligent Resource, will be stepping back from his full-time role in February 2020 and will work with Sanderson on a part time basis. Karen Alexander, who was appointed as Managing Director of Intelligent Resource on completion of the acquisition, will continue to drive the IR business forward and in line with the company’s growth strategy.
Martin Griffiths (Chairman, Sanderson) commented: This change ensures the Sanderson and IR senior management team is aligned to the strategic intent for each business, whilst making best use of Pete's experience and knowledge. We are looking forward to continued success for IR and Sanderson through this new relationship with Pete whilst ensuring continuity of service to our clients and candidates through Karen Alexander's leadership as MD.
Pete Holliday (Chairman, Intelligent Resource and Director, People and Potential) commented: After a successful and enjoyable 25 years with Intelligent Resource, I am really pleased to now be working with Sanderson on a part time basis, and to help with the continued growth of businesses within the Sanderson Group. With Karen Alexander's leadership as Managing Director of Intelligent Resource, I am certain that the business will continue to thrive, whilst being delighted that my relationship with the business can continue in a flexible way.
