Talent Delivery Consultant – Retail

Salary: £35-40k

Location: Various sites across the South of England & Wales

My client who are a large retail organisation are on the hunt for a Talent Delivery Consultant to join their organisation within Colleague Experience and Inclusion to play an important role in supporting colleague development and delivering strategic talent plans for their relevant business area to stakeholders.

What you can expect to be doing:

  • Help deliver on the organisation's aims for Diversity, Inclusion & Progression
  • Work closely with Senior Talent Leads to support the delivery of talent priorities across Southern England & Wales.
  • Shape, facilitate and deliver virtual and in person learning interventions
  • Coaching and nurturing of high potential colleagues
  • Delivering effective training solutions
  • Analyse data to tell a story
  • Reporting into the Senior Talent Lead – Colleague Experience & Inclusion
  • Support delivering business project work
  • Travelling to multiple sites across your allocated zone to working closely with colleagues

 

What you need:

  • Excellent stakeholder management
  • Project Management skills/experience
  • Data analysis to review data from qualative and quotative data sources
  • A good understanding of Talent and Learning & Development processes, methodologies and models.
  • An understanding of general HR principles
  • Experience of delivering behavioural and technical training
  • Computer literate (MS Office)
